Great Food and Excellent Room

I was eager to visit the Zig Zag Railway, famed for its historical significance and stunning views, which is why I chose to stay at the Zig Zag. What pleasantly surprised me was Frankie's passionate events team handling meal planning, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing dinner at the on-site restaurant. The recently updated takeaway menu, with its expanded options and streamlined ordering system, made it easy to savor a delicious meal after a long day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after my adventures.

The bathroom is compact but well-resourced.

The room was a nice size and offered a very good air-conditioner, a hair dryer, and a lounge area. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was exceptional: )

After a car breakdown interrupted our journey, we stayed at this lovely motel for two nights. The staff were accommodating, arranging an after-hours check-in with kindness. Our room was cozy, featuring a comfortable bed, effective heating, and practical amenities like a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a highlight, with a hearty a la carte menu and a good buffet. Jo's genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed right away; she even offered to make us coffee!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Everything is nice here, had a very comfortable stay on a business trip. The rooms are practical and new-fashioned, and are complete with great water pressure, good WiFi, efficient unobtrusive air con. It offers a stunning and beautiful location and has immensely pleasant staff.

We were met by caring, top-class personnel.

Friendly staff greeted me warmly, without being overbearing. the room I got was super tidy and had lovely fresh sheets on the big, cozy bed. 😊

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, close to the lookout and the restaurant at breakfast and centre. The staff members were extremely friendly and suggested local places. The room was kept clean and available with modern decor and an attractive modern style, as for instance. It was surely a really really nice stay on a business trip.

Had a fabulous stay for holidays with lovely staff and a great location on the outskirts of the town. the room was beautiful and had a fridge, couldn't ask for more. - I greatly enjoyed my time in this property.

The wonderful location in a charming area had convenient access to supermarkets and shops, and the room was quiet, luxurious, equipped with an iron, and had a comfortable lounge.

Comfortable and spacious room with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. the bed had fresh new linens which made for a good night's sleep! 😊

Friendly staff, rooms are squeaky clean and fancy with a super comfy king-sized bed. You can chill with a cup of tea in one of the cozy chairs 🪑.

Friendly service, they provide free parking and free Wi-Fi. - Pool area is good, really enjoyed this place. - Excellent dishes can be found in the attached restaurant. - I recommend it to anyone.
